Help Support Wendy McKinley's Recovery

Wendy McKinley, Arlington’s Quality Compliance Manager, had an ischemic stroke on Tuesday, 12/12/23 and is currently in the hospital and will need in-patient rehab. Her recovery will be long-term, and we are not sure when she will be able to return to work.

Wendy has touched so many people’s lives at SCA Health and her accomplishments are utilized across the region.

Aside from touching so many lives as a nurse for over 20 years, Wendy can only be described as the prime example of a caregiver. She is a loving mother and grandmother, who has sole custody of her special needs grandson that requires total care. She is the matriarch of the family and always goes above and beyond for everyone else. She is one of the most selfless people you will ever encounter. She gives 110% to every task at hand. She is such a positive presence at the workplace and even a better friend to all. Please help us support her and her family during this very difficult time.
