Wendy Mary Hoare

As many of you know we lost our beloved 'Wendy', wife to David and Mum to Susan, Diane and Alan. And Nanny to Henry, Freddie, Scarlett, Albie, Lorelei and Emily.

We have set up this page in Wendy's honour as a way of giving back, just like she did all her life.

We are still in the process of trying to decide the best way to distribute any funds received. We will be donating monies to charities, however we know Wendy would want the funds to go to a specific smaller cause and not to get lost in the system. We will update this page, as and when we have the details of the specific cause. As you know Wendy suffered with Asthma and her lung disease so we are looking at this, as well as the Poppy appeal and perhaps children with special needs, which was close to Wendy's heart as she worked with children with severe disabilities. That takes a special kind of person!

We are also planning on creating a memorial in Wendy's honour and some funds will go towards this.

The outpouring of love that we have received as a family over the last couple of weeks goes to show what a special woman our Wendy was and we all thank you for your continued support.
