Wendy Lou is a 8 year old Aussie Shephard who was recently involved in an unexpected dog fight 9/8/23. She was critically injured. Numerous lacerations with an open compound fracture. The bones were fractured in many spots requiring a difficult surgery to her front right leg. She was rushed to Creature’s Comforts Emergency Vet, Saylorsburg PA in critical condition. We do not have pet insurance and are facing tremendous veterans bills to save her leg and her life. She will be in the hospital at least a week. The Veterinarian Dr Karen suggested I do a go fund me and she agreed to match dollar for dollar to help cover Wendy’s expenses. We have an estimate of medical expenses being 5000-7000. She is an amazing dog who absolutely loves to run fetch and play that is her livelihood. Please help Wendy Lou get back on her feet so she can run play again and live the rest of life like a normal loving playful friendly dog again.
