Hello everyone, for those of you that don't know me, my name is Monique, and I am Wendie Green's wife. A week and a half ago, Wendie was walking down the steps of our porch and the step broke putting her left leg right through it. She is now with a fractured foot, some serious knee issues, and other issues that we have to wait for the triple MRI to find out about. She is seeing two separate Orthopedic specialists, is unable to work, at this time for at least another month, and there has already been talk of surgery. Fortunately, we were able to afford getting her a wheelchair. And the hospital provided her with crutches. But on my job alone, we are out of funds. We need to have a ramp built asap so she is safely able to get out of the house, and I have no idea when repairs will be made to the entire deck. She has applied for disability, but unfortunately, was told that could take a good 1-2 months to receive the first payment. With rent due in a little over a week. Medical bills. And regular bills, and needing the ramp built, we find ourselves in a desperate situation that we never thought we would find ourselves in. I would also be more than willing to work in the evenings as well to earn extra wages to help the situation!!
