Mark is a veteran Sonoma County Chef known for his
involvement in Truffles, Iron Horse Vineyards, Saint Rose, and most recently, The Casino Bar & Grill. In early November, he was diagnosed with late stage Crohn’s Disease, and has been hospitalized for many weeks, undergoing extensive surgery. We are optimistic about his recovery, and are reaching out to the community for support. He is known for his philanthropic efforts, benefitting many people in his community, and for never turning away a patron due to a lack of funds. We are holding a benefit for him on January 31st at the Casino Bar and Grill and we are using GoFundMe to help people who can't come to the event still donate to our cause!
