Wellness support: medical, transportation, home care

I have created this GoFundMe on behalf of my dear friend Marie who is currently unable to share her story directly. She has shared her personal information with me to help her find support from generous donors to get through a difficult situation. I hope you will find it in your heart to help her in any way you can. Here is her story:

Due to a recent surgery on my shoulder, I have been unable to work since the end of January 2025. February 1st, I had fallen while doing my laundry which resulted in me having surgery on my shoulder.

Right now, I am in physical rehab and it looks like the recovery period is going to take about 2 months which means I will be work for another 2 months or so.

I just learned my insurance will now keep me in the rehab facility and I'll be sent home to manage in my own.

With that said, there are basic needs that I will have that I will not be able to afford right now. Those needs are things such as groceries, medications, doctor visits, to name a few. Also, when I am able to come home, I know I'm going to have to possibly pay someone to come assist me at my home with basic things done around the house. Some of those things include doing laundry, clean the house, etc. Therefore, I am asking for financial assistance so they can provide for the needs that I would normally do for myself.
