Wellness fund for physician attacked by patient

Many of us read about and were horrified by the knife attack on a resident physician in a patient room earlier this week. The extent of physical injuries are unknown, but we do know the attack will leave emotional scars. We hope to come together to support our fellow physician by donating money to this wellness fund. She’ll be able to use it for meal delivery, some time off, therapy or frankly whatever she decides she needs.

All funds will be given directly to her by her fellow Penn resident, Laura Pappalardo. We will keep her identity anonymous to protect her privacy. Any way you can donate would be appreciated.
