My name is Mellard Brown , I am from Jamaica and currently living in Toronto Ontario , I have been a professional track and field athlete for 31 years . I have represented my country across five different major championship, such as the under 12 and 20 category, and senior and submasters and masters league .

I have been a professional coach for the last twenty years , at the elementary / high school , open and masters level between Jamaica and Canada. I am currently coaching at the Motown Athletics Club and JAMCAN International Athletics Club located in Toronto Ontario, where I train and guide athletes for the provincial and national regional title .

I have a Diploma in Art and Science of coaching at the University of Technology in 2005. I am also a Certified Sprint and hurdles with Athletics Canada, along with a Diploma in Outdoor Physical Education at Alison Empowerment in 2025,I and currently in the process of completing my National Coaching Certification in long distance .

I also have two certification in Massage Therapist , along with a level two certification in Track and Field Official with Athletics Ontario.

I am also a personal trainer and strength and condition coach with ISSA ( International Sports Sciences Association ) as well CPR and First -Aid train with F.A.ST. Rescue Inc and NationalCPRFoundation.

I also have have a certificate in Treatment and Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Science.

With my wealth of knowledge and experience my goals and objectives is to reach athletes in all ages to be world beater and in so doing helps them to become a better version of themselves.
