I need your help please! Terminal Brain cancer!! Wow!

Hi everyone, I'm Simon, a 53 year old guy in Surrey, engaged for 7 years to my beautiful and unbelievably strong fiancée, Zoë with 2 kids, Raphael, 21 years old at University who will play rugby professionally (Hopefully in France as frankly it pays more and is better than here!) and Gabriel, 16 who is a computer nerd, complete opposite to his brother with an 85 year old mum, Pam, who had a very rough 2024 herself, who i'm looking after, but who still, unbelievably, has the mental ability to deal with me! I did a dry January and did an 8 mile walk everyday to get fit, but every day on the walks I had a "Dizzy" spell. I put this down to a diet, daily exercise and no booze. Then in February, the spells kept happening, so i decided to do an MRI. I did an MRI private scan, the cheapest I could find in London, just for my own sanity. and the following morning I had a phone call from the GP and was ordered to meet them asap. I was told I had a brain tumour, level 2. This was Wednesday. On Friday I went to hospital and after another MRI was told it was level 4, and terminal, game over.... I spent a week in St Peter's hospital, then this month I spent a week in St George's Hospital and had surgery. Unfortunately, they couldn't remove the whole tumour, just 80%, so i'm doomed, I have my SR1, hence why I am doing this fundraising, as I have to look after my family who I love more than everything, and the time remaining is short.
I'm so in love with my fiancée and family, they make me feel amazing, and it hurts so much to know that my life is ending so quickly and without the plans I was doing to ensure they were set financially as I got older. I was led to believe that is was unlikely that I would be able to work again, so I felt in a trap, hence why I am doing this fundraising as we have identified a number of surgeons (USA, Brazil and Europe) who have done extremely well in dealing with "Left Temporal Glioblastoma" and extended life by 5+ years, which frankly I want and so does my family and I still have the mental capacity to work, so I can earn and save for my family and their future, and more importantly, spend time with them for years, not months.
I spent my whole life raising charity funds, volunteering and trying to be just a good person, never expecting the same for me, but here we go!
All funds will now be allocated to my surgery, not to my family (They got angry at me as they would rather have me around than money for their future....). I don’t have life insurance, i've not been able to afford it post divorce, and don’t have any savings, so please help out so I can get the extra time with the ones I love and if you do, we'll undoubtedly become friends also (I will need a job also;).
Thank you.
