Well being for Manny

Hello my name is Manuel Hernandez people also know me as Manny.

While going to work this May 16th on my motorcycle I was unfortunately in a collision with a vehicle. Luckily I was rushed to the emergency medical center UCI at Orange which saved my life after a great blood loss. 

I am currently unable to go back to work and provide for my family as I'm in a hospital bed still in critical condition. We appreciate your help you have provided so far and we have created this account for any other help you can help us with. My family greatly appreciates your help.
