Australia Study Abroad

Hi everyone! Recently, I was privileged to accept a position in the International Leadership Seminar for State Officers with National FFA. This is a 2 week study abroad to Australia from January 3-15th of 2024.

On this trip, we will be able to learn about global agriculture as we travel across Australia. We will hear from their industry leaders and go on many production agriculture and agribusiness tours. Attending a trip like this will allow me to develop my leadership skills and agricultural knowledge further. This trip would also help me be prepared for starting my career in the agriculture industry. My goal in returning to America would be to use my experiences and new knowledge to educate and inform others in whatever way works for them.

This trip will cost me $6,000, and my goal is to have $3,000 raised by November 1st and the remaining by November 20th. And to accomplish these goals, I need outside help. I am looking for friends, family, individuals, or companies to sponsor me for this trip. I am flexible in raising this money and want to do things that fit my audience.

I have already planned that I will be picking up / collecting pop cans and returning them. (Dates will be announced.) However, I am open to ideas / suggestions from everyone for ways that you would be willing to donate and how I can reach more people.

Advocating for agriculture is my biggest passion, and an opportunity like this is once in a lifetime. I would appreciate any kind of support.
