Da mir so viel Solidarität von vielen Beteiligten in der letzten Woche entgegen gekommen ist, kann ich die Summe von 11 000 auf 5000 runter schrauben - die brauchen wir noch, um den Weinsalon 2020 finanziell abzuschließen! Alles was darüber hinaus eingenommen wird dient dazu, den nächsten Weinsalon 2021 wirklich statt finden zu lassen!

Since so much solidarity from many participants has come my way in the last week, I can reduce the sum from 11,000 to 5,000 - we still need this to complete the Wine Salon 2020 financially! Anything that is taken in addition to this will be used to make the next Weinsalon 2021 really take place!
Ich bin Surk-ki Schrade. Ich bin Mutter von zwei Söhnen, selbstständige Weinhändlerin und Veranstalterin.
Am letzten Wochenende hätte zum sechsten Mal der „Weinsalon Natürel “ (Naturweinmesse) in Köln stattgefunden. Diese Veranstaltung habe ich noch vor dem Kölner Verbot am Donnerstag 12.3.20 aus Verantwortungsgründen abgesagt/verschoben. Die Naturweinwelt ist eine ehrliche Welt – und diese Ehrlichkeit möchte ich nun an Sie weitergeben.
Ich veranstalte diese Messe nicht aus Profitgründen. Mir geht es darum den Gedanken von Naturwein zu streuen und den Weingütern eine Kommunikationsplattform zu bieten. Ich kalkuliere sie so, dass sich alle die Weinmesse leisten können, alle ein wenig davon profitieren. Unter dem Motto – wenn alle etwas geben, bekommen alle etwas zurück.
Nun fand die Weinmesse NICHT statt. Durch das normale Durchführen der Weinmesse wären alle Kosten gedeckt. Das ist jetzt nun nicht der Fall und ich hafte persönlich und privat für alles. Daher diese Aktion. Ich habe als Weinhändlerin leider keine Rücklagen und möchte sehr gerne nächstes Jahr die Weinmesse wieder starten. Die Liquiditätspläne der Bundesregierung greifen für mich kaum - einen Kredit aufnehmen ist für mich nicht die Lösung.
Die Kette darf nicht abreißen. Alle Dienstleister mit denen ich arbeite kommen aus dem Veranstaltungs- oder Gastronomiegewerbe. Durch die Corona-Schließungen sind sie in der Existenz bedroht. Genauso wie ich auch mit meinem kleinen Geschäft.
Durch die Spenden kann ich folgendes zeitnah bezahlen:
- die Vorbereitung und Einkauf von Lebensmitteln für ein 4 Gang Menü mit 300 Personen. Das war schon alles im vollen Gange. Der sogenannte „Lecker Abend“ ist ein Winzeressen, welches die ganze Weinmesse mitfinanziert. Der Einkauf der Lebensmittel wurde vorwiegend bei kleinen Produzenten im Umland getätigt, die auch die Begleichung ihrer Rechnung brauchen. Das Restaurant ist ab heute Di 17.03. geschlossen.
- die Rückerstattung der Standgebühren an die Weingüter, die durch die Krise enorme Einbußen haben. Da auch schon mal einen Dank an viele WinzerInnen und Winzer, die darauf schon verzichtet haben!
- den Dienstleister, der das Verteilen und kleben meiner Flyer und Plakate übernommen hat.
Wenn ich durch Ihre Hilfe über diese Summe kommen sollte dann wird weiter verteilt:
- Spende an den Naturknall Verein, der in Notlagen Weingüter unterstützt.

Last weekend the "Weinsalon Natürel " (natural wine fair) would have taken place for the sixth time in Cologne. I cancelled/postponed this event even before the Cologne ban on Thursday 12.3.20 for reasons of responsibility. The natural wine world is an honest world - and I would like to pass this honesty on to you now.
I am not organising this fair for profit reasons. My aim is to spread the idea of natural wine and to offer the wineries a communication platform. I calculate it in such a way that everyone can afford the wine fair, everyone benefits a little from it. Under the motto - if everybody gives something, everybody gets something back.
Now the wine fair did NOT take place. By the normal execution of the wine fair all costs would be covered. This is now not the case and I am personally and privately liable for everything. Hence this action. As a wine dealer I have no reserves and would like to start the wine fair again next year.
The chain must not break off. All the service providers I work with come from the event or catering industry. Their existence is threatened by the Corona closures. Just like I am with my small business.
Through the donations I can pay the following promptly:
- the preparation and purchase of food for a 4 course meal for 300 people. This was already in full swing. The so-called "Lecker Abend" is a winegrower's dinner, which co-finances the whole wine fair. The purchase of the food was mainly done from small producers in the surrounding area, who also need to pay their bill. The restaurant is closed from today Tue 17.03.
- the reimbursement of the stand fees to the wineries, which have suffered enormous losses due to the crisis. Thanks to many winegrowers and winemakers who have already renounced!
- the service provider, who took over the distribution and sticking of my flyers and posters.
If I should come by your help over this sum then it is distributed further:
- Donation to the Naturknall Association, which supports wineries in emergency situations.
