Weim Pack is Arizona Bound!

As we have recently shared, Jason and I will be making the move to Arizona from Florida. This trip is 2,239 miles. So many people have asked how they can help with this process because we know that transporting all of the senior pack is going to be a huge undertaking.
We've made a decision to hire a transport company to help us. It's the same transport company our rescue, Big Dog Ranch Rescue, has used and we feel this family business is one we trust and will treat our pack like their own. They will be able to move the dogs with the least amount of stress which is our #1 priority. We are working with Chuck Jones at Alapaha Animal Shelter. This will be a 4 day journey for the pack.
We've spent many hours weighing our options. Our first plan was to hire movers to take our stuff and we'd rent vans to move the dogs. We quickly realized we are not the best equipped to do this so we are using professionals. We will be moving our own stuff in a good ol' U-Haul and towing the pickup truck.
We care about our senior pack more than anything and I'm grateful we've been able to share the rescue stories online. So if you want to help and you feel so inclined, you can help us with this expense. We've never been ones to ask for this kind of help, but the response to our rescue mission has been so overwhelming that we wanted share a place where people could help make a difference for our pack.
