Those of us that were fortunate enough to really know Alex, know that he had a heart the size of California and Texas combined. At times, he was a good man, at times a good father and at times a good husband - he wanted to want to be better.
If you knew Alex, you loved him. If you really knew Alex, he drove you crazy because of how much you loved him.
He was always up to no good, sometimes in the best ways. He always had an impish grin on. With a contagious laugh that’ll lighten any day and an ability to see life for what it really was - just plain silly. We loved, and will always love Alex. But Alex was a deeply flawed human being. Who of us isn’t? He left us too soon.
Unfortunately, addiction’s blast radius left behind a mountain of bills and no lifeline or plan B for his budding family. Alex, was Jye‘s lifeline and was the primary breadwinner in their home. So, we have setup this GoFundMe account to help. We ask that you please help in anyway you can to help Jye transition into this new era of being a single mother.
Jye deserved better, and Alex knew that. And as much as Alex desperately wanted to give that to Jye and Sasha, at the end, he couldn’t. The bills are piled high, the sorrow’s deep, the future is unknown for them right now. Those of you willing, we ask you to help in anyway you can - financial or otherwise.
Alex, we love you. We will dearly miss you. You don’t have to suffer anymore. May your memory be a blessing. Rest In Peace now.
