On the 21st of March me and my brother are taking on the UK Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Andy’s Man Club, an incredible charity dedicated to supporting men’s mental health. The challenge will see us start on Ben Nevis in Scotland, travel down to

Scafell Pike in the Lake District, and finish on Snowdon in Wales. This has to be completed in 24 hrs or less. Of course we are going to try and smash that. To push myself even further, I’ll be carrying an extra 30–40kg throughout the challenge, making it as physically and mentally demanding as possible.

Each year, I feel the need to set myself a challenge — something that keeps me focused, motivated, and moving forward. This feels like the perfect opportunity to do exactly that while also raising money and awareness for a charity that means a lot to me personally, and I know it resonates with so many others too. Andy’s Man Club does vital work in giving men a space to talk, connect, and realise they’re not alone, and we’re proud to support that mission every step of the way.

Any donation, no matter how big or small, is hugely appreciated, and every penny raised will be donated directly to Andy’s Man Club. Your support isn’t just helping us take on this challenge — it’s helping fund vital mental health support for men who may really need it, and that means more than words can say.

This challenge will be completed within a 24-hour time limit, with no sleep in between, pushing us both physically and mentally from start to finish. Climbing all three peaks back-to-back, across Scotland, England, and Wales, with constant travel in between, will test our endurance, resilience, and mindset — which is exactly why it feels so fitting to do this in support of men’s mental health.
