Background

Weight is a remake and expansion of a short film we made in 2020 titled Hamster. Set in 2007, our story focuses on a young man who is struggling to deal with the trauma of his experiences in the Afghanistan conflict.

We feel this subject matter is one that hasn't been covered enough in popular media and we hope that with this film we can provide both awareness, and also hope for the veteran community here in the UK.

At the core of our team we have a number of ex-military members who will be advising on the story and supporting us throughout production.
