Solomon needs your help. When animal control put out an urgent request about a dog who needed emergency medical attention, Twin Cities Pet Rescue was quick to answer. An hour later they arrived to rescue Solomon, a gentle and sweet twelve-year-old pit bull mix who had been surrendered and was in very poor condition.
Tests revealed Solomon has heart failure, which is causing fluid to build up in his abdomen and tissue to painfully swell. Thankfully, there is medication to manage his condition, and Solomon’s outlook is much better than we originally thought. The problem is the treatment and tests required to keep him alive are expensive. The medication alone costs $125 per month.
Twin Cities Pet Rescue, and their team of medical experts and volunteers, want to make sure Solomon can spend his remaining time happy and comfortable, getting all the love and attention he deserves. To do that, we need to raise funds for his treatment and care.
