Weeping field replacement

My name is Julia and recently, my septic system has had failures. I started seeing water coming into my basement through the foundation with some pooling. I've managed to have the home inspector come in with his camera and look into the pipes. Before and after the septic tank was pumped out. Before the pumping, everything was completely saturated. After the pumping, the inlet lines to the house are dry, with no breaks and no leakage. The outlet line was dry to the header of the weeping field. Beyond the header of the weeping field, it was full of water sediment and sludge. I have called several contractors/plumbers and gotten estimates for replacement, because the septic system is over 25 years old they say they can not repair, and the system is not up to code standards. They would have to replace the entire weeping field and bring it up to code. The estimates I have gotten range from 14,000 to 20,000. And if further problems arise could cost substantially more. I live on a disability income after a workplace accident 16 years ago, living in poverty, trying so hard to keep my home. Very limited credit because of my income status.  I pray for miracles and I'm praying now. I can only hope at this point that the kindness of strangers helps me to repair a much needed septic system and bring it back to working order. I would be very grateful for any support.
