Hi my name is Shyayn. My cat is named Webkinz. I had her since I was eight years old. She is 13 years old. recently her breath started to smell really bad and I took her to the vet. during our visit we discovered that she needed 5 teeth extracted and there is a high possibility she has oral cancer. of course I cried like a baby because all her life nothing has happened to her healthwise where it became concerning. this week I noticed her breath smelling and didn’t think anything of it, but a gut feeling told me to take her in. of course the bill was a lot more than expected, and beyond out of my control. being on student loans and already paying bills it made me upset i could not come up with the money right away. i usually never ask for help but i don’t know what else to do, I want to provide her the best life with as much time as I can with her. I do not want to prolong her surgery and cause her more pain in the future. i’m just asking for help from everyone so I can pay for her medical costs. once they do the biopsy I am hoping it’s a false alarm with the cancer and the extractions is all we need to do. All the cost are for her surgery itself, medications after the surgery, the blood work, and the biopsy to screen for oral cancer. Anything would help my little baby. I love her to pieces and what the best quality of life she can get.
