WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
A member of the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is experiencing an unimaginable situation. Sgt. Jordan Warren and his family were informed in recent days that their 3-year-old son, Jax, has an aggressive form of cancer and will begin treatment, to include surgery, in the next few days.
Last week, Jax was having an issue with motor sensory functions in his lower extremities. Jax was examined, transferred to Mission Hospital, and again transferred by ambulance to Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte. This illness came on abruptly and was very unexpected. One can only imagine the heartbreak and concern they must feel hearing a diagnosis such as his.
Understanding that Jordan and his family will face unexpected expenditures for travel, food, etc. while in Charlotte for the foreseeable future, we are asking for donations on their behalf.
Sgt. Warren has served the community in Henderson County for 10 years. Jordan began his career as a Patrol Deputy and worked his way up to Sergeant. He is a member of the SWAT Team and currently serves on our Crime Suppression Unit. Jordan is a team player and can always be counted on! Now he and his family are counting on us for help to get through this!!
Please consider contributing to this family to help their son Jax fight this fight!!
The website www.WeAreJaxStrong.com will have information on upcoming fundraisers and other ways you can help as we continue to support the family in this fight.
