Hi I'm Deborah Keegan a retired Army veteran and State Guard volunteer. I'm asking with a gracious heart for funds to help with funeral expenses for my beloved husband of 38 years John Keegan who passed away unexpected on July 4th. He was passionate about serving soldiers and families for over 25 years and just retired from civil service. His surviving family includes his oldest son Casey with Chelsea and baby Emilia, his daughter Rachel and son-in-law Andrew Jones and Joshua his youngest son and daughter Alexandria.
