My name is Tammie Jones and my daddy is Mayford. He is the hardest working man I know. While he was delivering a load in Alabama, he had a stroke. We drove down 12 hours to be with him and we're trying to bring him home to Pittsburgh. The medical care here is awful. They won't tend to his basic needs. My mom and I have basically been his nursing care in the hospital down here. They won't let me transport him in my vehicle. Our only option is a medical transport. Medicare won't cover a medical transport across state lines. So we must pay out of pocket. Please help me bring my daddy back to Pittsburgh so he can get the proper medical care he needs.
