We Were Robbed! We need your help.

I’m totally devastated, angry, and in shock writing this. At the beginning of 2022, I started working two jobs. I wanted to make life changes to help our financial future. Living in California has always been a struggle. So, a few months ago I made the decision to drive to another state and purchase a trailer. I've never qualified to buy a home, I thought a cute vintage trailer would suffice as a start. I brought the trailer back to Joshua Tree and parked it on a friend's lot.

My husband and I spent seven months working on it and we were so close to being done when our worst nightmare came true. Our trailer was hitched and stolen in the middle of the night. We had no idea that this would ever happen. We were worried someone might break in, but never considered someone would come and tow the trailer away.

There was no insurance or GPS tracking on the trailer. We are hopeful that the trailer might be found. We have nothing now and no way to recoup these expenses. I feel my only choice at this point is to file for bankruptcy. This has really put us in a financial hole. So we are asking for your help to get back on our feet and make this dream come true.
