We want to give Alexis the memorial she deserves.

On March 30, 2022 a family was faced with a loss that no one should have to face, every parent's worst nightmare. Bobby Maduro and Meghan Maduro lost their oldest child, Alexis. Alexis sent a text to her mother Meghan the night before, telling her that she loved her and that she was going to bed. When Meghan tried to wake her up the next morning she was unresponsive.
Alexis was the oldest of 4 children. She loved swimming, softball, making dance videos, and fishing with her dad. She was in 5th grade and preparing for her trip to Washington DC with her friends. At 11-years-old, she was the big sister, Mom's helper. She was everything a child should be... full of life, a heart of pure gold, and she made an impact on so many people.

From the absolute bottom of our hearts, we are asking for assistance with making sure that this innocent soul is put to rest in the purest, most beautiful way possible. To do that, this family needs your help. If you are able, then we ask for any donation that you are able to send. For questions, concerns, or anything additional then please reach out to Amy Moody at (229) 4 1 5 - 5 7 2 9.
***Update from Meghan: We want to thank everyone from the bottoms of our heart. We appreciate the outpouring of love and kindness everyone is showing. We did learn today that the cause behind this was cardiac related, Alexis had a condition were her heart worked double (extra beats). We are processing. We love each and every one of you.***
