Right now, eight Seacrest wolves who once faced an uncertain future are safe, but their journey isn’t over.

At In Harmony With Nature Wolf Sanctuary (IHWN), we provide lifelong refuge for wolves and wolf-dogs, while helping people reconnect with nature, animals, and community. Through education, healing programs, and volunteer opportunities, we create a space where wildness, wisdom, and compassion come together.

Recently, we stretched our limited resources to take on a large-scale rescue—the Seacrest wolves. These eight beautiful animals call our sanctuary home for now. They are safe, well cared for and loved.

But we are facing a very real challenge of our own.

As a small, fully volunteer-run organization with no paid staff, we are now in a critical time of finding legal representation.

We are raising $25,000 to:

    •    Cross the finish line from a law suit that was filed against us in 2018!

    •    We lost our pro bono lawyer who navigated the case but was unable to continue in the last leg due to medical reasons.

We are seeking new legal counsel to pick up our case and RUN. We have pre trial deadlines due starting on April 7th!! It’s essential to ensuring the safety of the animals in our care by finishing and winning this case.

Every dollar of our effort goes directly to supporting the animals but now we need a different support. Every member of our team is unpaid and deeply committed to this work purely out of love and dedication. We would love to find council who is willing to join us in this same capacity however with the last minute race to the goal line we needs funds to help.

We stepped up to save these wolves when they needed us. Now, we’re asking for help to give them the additional safety to continue to thrive.
