A Shelter Built from Grief, Held Together by Love
Hi, my name is Hina Waseem. I’m a housewife and a mother of two beautiful kids, who support and help me in everything I do especially in this mission that has become the heart of my life.
I lost my almost two-year-old cat to FPV (Feline Panleukopenia Virus). She wasn’t just a pet she was my everything. Watching her fade away while I stood helpless broke something inside me. After I buried her, I couldn’t turn away from the pain I saw in other animals anymore the same silent suffering she went through.
That was the day everything changed.
I began feeding stray cats and dogs in my area not just once, but every single day. One animal turned into many. I found myself rescuing the injured, picking up wounded puppies from roadsides, rushing them to vets, wiping blood off tiny paws, and crying on the days I couldn’t save them.
I couldn’t look away. So I built a place where they would never be forgotten again. That’s how Aagosh-e-Bezubaan was born a small, humble shelter for the voiceless.
Today, I care for over 2000 rescued souls mostly puppies and mother dogs who would not have survived on the streets. I feed them, vaccinate and deworm them, and make sure they get the vet care they need. I care for them like a mother would because to me, that’s what they are: my babies.
We also feed 60+ stray animals in our society every single day, and we’ve recently launched TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Release) to break the painful cycle of uncontrolled breeding and street suffering.
Why I’m Asking for Your Help
I’ve done everything I can on my own. But now I’m reaching a point where I simply can’t do it alone anymore.
I need your help to:
• Feed these innocent animals
• Pay for life-saving vet care
• Keep our TNVR project going
• Maintain this safe space they call home
Every rupee, every pound, every dollar makes a difference.
You’re not just donating you’re saving lives, easing suffering, and giving hope to those who’ve never known love.
Please stand with Aagosh-e-Bezubaan. Be the voice for the voiceless.
Thank you, from the deepest part of my heart.
