“We Reap What We Sow” (Paula)

I’m Paula Dickerson Loeb, born in John Gaston Hospital in Memphis, TN on July3rd in the early 1950’s. Many opportunities have been afforded me primarily because I’m known for being “precocious” and “fair of face.” However, my bones have always been my weakness. Now, after having nursed my precious Mother through her last days, my extremities (legs, feet & hands) because of my spinal degradation, are about to give out! Semmes Murphey Brain & Spinal Center is providing me with much-needed Physical Therapy and Pain Treatments, that are extremely expensive (even with Medicare & Supplemental Insurance) WOW!

I Am All Alone… After living a life FILLED with loving Family, Friends, Church Members…

And, after helping so many, I find myself “IN NEED!”

The excruciating Arthritis pain & weakness in my body have me walking with much difficulty,on a cane (it was my Mom’s cane).

Lacking much needed co-payments required for doctor visits, I’m dipping into my tightly-budgeted Fixed Income. (Had a Spinal Block Procedure yesterday coPay was $250!)

Also, the recent skyrocketing food prices and utility bills have made it impossible for me to “pay a little something” for any caregivers, so my home life environment is degrading. (Ooo, this is so hard for me to share!)

So… YEAH, Now I’m counted among what the Bible calls “The Least of These!”

I’m so sorry, but I need help with merely “Living Day-to-Day!”
