Want to join us in making a difference? We’re raising money to benefit Anoor Academy Inc, and any donation will help make an impact. Anoor Academy is a full-time elementary and middle school, currently serving boys and girls from the First Grade level through the Eighth Grade. The school was founded in 2017 to offer a quality educational experience in an Islamic environment for the Grand Strand area in Myrtle Beach SC.

As an Islamic school, Anoor Academy is the most effective and successful way for assisting parents and the Muslim Community in their efforts to preserve the Islamic identity of Muslim children growing up in America. Our aim is to increase the love of learning and the love of Islam in our students, so that they grow up into well-balanced citizens who will make positive contributions to society.

Anoor started as Elementary school in the Masjid, one year later with more students we had to expand the school and buy a trailer to facilitate growing number of students, now we have expanded to middle school. We have grown rapidly in such short amount of time and in need of expansion to a bigger building and add High school to fulfil the needs of our community and offer other educational services. Alhamdulillah with our growing community’s generous donations and help we were able to buy the land. Now we are in need of support to build a school facility to accommodate student from Elementary through High school.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)."

Uqbah Ibn ‘Amir (RAA) narrated, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, “Everybody will be shaded by his Sadaqah (on the Day of Judgment) until it has been judged between the people.” Related by Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim.
