The Educational Community Flor de Montaña has consolidated itself, over the past 10 years, as an alternative primary school, focused on expanding the potential, creativity and critical consciousness of our students in a caring environment.
Founded in 2013 in Samaipata, a small town in eastern Bolivia, we have built an educational model with a strong ecological and social justice dimension that allows the innate talents and abilities of its students to flourish.
However, the year 2024 is a critical moment for Flor de Montaña. We have become sufficiently mature to expand our outreach to attract new students but in order to make that happen, we need a more clear and complete institutional structure. This need to strengthen the base institution creates a dilemma: to finance it, we need more income but to generate that income in a sustainable way, we need more students - and for that, we need to strengthen ourselves institutionally.
This is why we need you now! With your generous support, we can help our school grow, attain financial sustainability and consolidate our excellent team of teachers who are ready to receive more students that seek a unique and empowering education in Bolivia.

The construction of a classroom (10.500 $us)
The salaries for one year for core members of our professional team (Administrative Director, Pedagogical Director and
Head teacher for Preschool) which is required to increase by 100% the number of students for the school year 2025 (9.750 $us)
Didactic and teaching material (6.750 $us)
Total 27,000$us.

La Comunidad Educativa Flor de Montaña se ha consolidado, desde hace diez años, como una escuela alternativa de ciclo primario, enfocada en expandir el potencial, la creatividad y la conciencia crítica de niños y niñas en un ambiente amoroso.
Fundada en 2013 en Samaipata, una pequeña población del oriente boliviano, hemos construido un modelo educativo con vocación ecológica y social que potencia las capacidades innatas de los niños y niñas.
Sin embargo, el 2024 es un año crucial para Flor de Montaña. Nos sentimos lo suficientemente maduros para ampliar nuestra convocatoria de estudiantes, pero para lograrlo, necesitamos crear una estructura institucional más sólida y completa. Esta necesidad de fortalecimiento institucional nos presenta una disyuntiva: para financiarlo necesitamos mayores ingresos, pero para generarlos, necesitamos más estudiantes, y para ello, debemos fortalecernos!!!
Es por esto que te necesitamos!!! Con tu ayuda lograremos impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra escuela, alcanzar la sostenibilidad financiera y consolidar nuestro plantel docente que estará listo para recibir a más niños y niñas que busquen una educación diferente en Bolivia.

Wir brauchen Dich! Die Schule Flor de Montaña
Ein Traum will überleben, wir brauchen Dich, um weiterzumachen!
Seit zehn Jahren hat sich Flor de Montaña als alternative Grundschule etabliert, mit der Absicht, das Potenzial und die Kreativität der Kinder sowie ihr kritisches Bewusstsein in einem liebevollen Umfeld zu fördern.
Gegründet im Jahr 2013 in Samaipata, einer kleinen Stadt im Osten Boliviens, haben wir ein Bildungsmodell mit ökologischer und sozialer Ausrichtung aufgebaut, das die einzigartigen Fähigkeiten der Kinder fördert.
Das Jahr 2024 ist ein entscheidendes Jahr für Flor de Montaña. Wir fühlen uns reif genug, um die Zahl unserer Schüler zu erhöhen, aber dazu müssen wir stabilere und umfassendere Strukturen schaffen. Diese notwendige institutionelle Stärkung stellt uns vor ein Dilemma: Um sie zu finanzieren, brauchen wir mehr Einnahmen, aber um diese zu generieren, brauchen wir mehr Schüler/innen, und um das zu erreichen, müssen wir unsere Institution stärken.
Deshalb brauchen wir Dich! Mit Deiner Hilfe werden wir in der Lage sein, das Wachstum unserer Schule anzukurbeln, finanzielle Nachhaltigkeit zu erreichen und unser Lehrerkollegium zu stärken, damit wir mehr Kinder aufnehmen können, die in Bolivien nach einer anderen Art von Bildung suchen.
