Our church building, St. Boniface Whipton in Exeter, serves as a community hub throughout the week, hosting worship, toddler groups, a Community Cafe and Youth groups for all our neighbours and friends here in Whipton.
But our heating is on its last legs.
So we're trying to raise money to convert our heating system to a net-zero system before next winter, installing four new Air-Source Heat Pumps, a brand new underfloor heating system and completely removing all fossil fuels from our building.
Can you help us? We're being supported financially by the central Church of England and a number of other grantmakers, but we are missing £25,000 from the total amount needed.
We have a deadline of the end of May to get this sorted, which means we have something like 25 days left to try to raise the £25,000 we need to complete the funding package! It is a big ask but would you consider sowing into the work we're doing in our local community by supporting us with a donation?
We'd be so grateful for any help you can give us!
