We need to Help Relocate Jenn & Ricky!
Donation protected
Hey Guys!
Due to Hurricane Ian, Jenn and Ricky have lost their home, and this is a tough time for them as it is for many family and friends who were on the west coast. They were renting in Port Charlotte, and unfortunately, they did everything to prep for Ian, but Ian destroyed their home. They were fine until Ian destroyed their roof down to a pile of wood. It started raining inside their home, which caused it to start flooding. They hid in the hallway to ride out the storm. We are grateful they are alive, but due to the conditions of the roof and it caving in they are at a loss. Trying to sun dry what little clothes and linens they have left is taking a toll. There is no place to wash items at this time. Right now digging through debris to find little mementos of their recent wedding has only added to the pain and trying to find a dry spot to lay their heads is heartbreaking. They cannot get a hold of the renter's company or know what state anyone they rent from is in because they live locally too. I am coming here to help raise money for them to help purchase necessities and relocate them to a dry warm place. We are trying to get FEMA involved, but that could take days to weeks. They need somewhere to sleep safely. Jenn and Ricky have the biggest hearts and are both the most hard-working people I know. They've helped so many in the past and it's time we come together and help heal them!. They will be out of work because the area around them is destroyed, there is no power; all the poles are down in their town. Please know this process is going to be long for so many. We need to start somewhere and we want to stay with these two who we know believe in paying it forward.
Please help, small amounts count and sharing is appreciated. Love knows no bounds....
