To my dear friends and family, you all know my dog patch is the absolute light of my life. She has been by my side through the best and worst times of my life, she’s been with me since I was 20, she was a scared 10 month old pup. She helped me get through so much including losing my father and many of my friends and everything else that comes with life. Having a loved one tell you they’re ready to go is painful, but animals can’t tell you so this is by far the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. She always knows when to comfort me and let me know she’s there for me and as you know I’d always do anything I can to make her happy and comfortable.

yesterday patchy had a tumble onto her side and ruptured a tumour in her spleen, causing internal bleeding. This sent her body into shock which is why we are now here, asking for help.

right now patch is getting her spleen removed which will also remove the tumour. They will send her spleen away to determine whether her tumour is malignant or benign. BUT right now all we know is that we have a 1 in 3 chance that it’s benign which could save her life with a surgery performed. If you’re in a position to help my girl, we appreciate every little bit to hopefully save her life ❤️
