We need help to bring Scoobina from Beirut

Hi..we are a family of 4. I am Mariam the mother. We came recently from Lebanon but we had to leave our dog Scoobina there. Our sponsor booked us in airlines that did not accept to ship our Scoobina with us. Scoobina was already rescued and badly treated until we adopted her. Now she is waiting in a shelter in Lebanon for a friend who will bring her to us, her family. My little daughter is also very much attached to Scoobina. Please help us to bring her here. My friend need to book her a ticket and buy her a suitable cage. Thank you for your sweet and kind help.
