Mario & Victoria Manzini. Hi. Dennis Migliore here. My wife Victoria and I are both entertainers. We are musicians and I also do magic at parties and events. we have a big problem that just came up. Emergency! We live in Columbia, Missouri. We have an older car, a 1995 Buick LeSabre, and the transmission just broke down. We live way out in the country with no transportation. My wife Victoria had a knee replacement 5 years ago, and the doctor who did her surgery did a bad job as she can't bend her knee and can't walk without a walker. She can't climb stairs and is in so much pain 24/7. She needs a wheelchair to get around. The doctor refuses to correct it. She has to go to therapy 3 or more times every week at Peak Sports & Spine and also Renova Stimulating Massage Therapy. I also have to go 3 times every week to see Dr. Rose there as I have bad arthritis in my spine and I'm in so much pain. I can't bend or stand up and can't get out of bed without help. We both have to be able to go 3 times a week for at least a year to try to get better and free of pain. Without a car to get around and no one to drive us or help us, we are helpless. We also need a car to pick up our mail, buy food, get prescriptions, etc. Also to get to do a show whenever someone wants to book us.

We have one of our church pastors, Dr. Larry Lewis from Calvary-Heritage Baptist Church, trying to help us get a transmission for our car. He spoke to Howdy McPherson from LOVE Columbia, a Christian-based help center, who told Larry that he can get us a transmission and install it in our car. We would have to purchase it from a salvage yard and have our car towed there as we can't drive it. We'd also have to pay to have the old transmission taken out and the replacement one installed, plus add new transmission fluid, etc. Victoria is on disability and I'm only on social security.
