We loved your Daddy Ezra Lee - Trust Account

Hi I wanted to reach out and thank anyone in advance that would consider making a donation for a cause that tugs on my heart as a parent and has hit close personally to our and many of your homes. The loss of a neighborhood kid , one you grow with and consider your own is a loss that is immeasurable but so is the love and memories that are left behind. Losing Derek Lee , a friend to both of my sons , seems so very surreal. It was a tragic and unexpected loss to our network of friends. Derek left us all feeling better about ourselves at one time or another with words that boosted our egos and was everyone’s biggest cheerleader ! Instead of thinking what any one of us could have done, I want to switch gears and focus on what we can do now. Derek left behind his only son , Ezra Lee, who he loved with his whole heart ! I am asking each of you to make a donation as a trust for this sweet little boy. I can not think of any better way to honor the Derek we all knew than to contribute and make sure his son is provided for. I just know in my heart Derek would love to know that his friends and family came together and cared about his son in a way that he could no longer do . Let’s show this little boy how much his daddy was loved by leaving something in his name to his son . A savings account in Ezras name and SS# has been set up and will be managed by the two women Derek trusted the most ( his own words from his journal ) , his Mom , Crystal and his sons Mom , Sarah .
