Hello friends of Tala,

Tala was unexpectedly diagnosed with chronic leukemia in February after a routine eye appointment led the doctors to concern. She has shared her journey on her Caring Bridge site if you want to follow her story:

The thoughts, prayers, and support of friends and family have been pillars for their family as they navigate this challenging journey. Please prayerfully consider financially supporting their family to help them through this trial. Due to side effects of chemotherapy and numerous medical appointments for labs and ongoing treatment, Tala will be unable to work full time for a period. Financial donations will also help pay for the initial hospital stay and appointments, ongoing treatments, and seeking additional care to strengthen her overall health in the fight against Leukemia.
