The last few days have been
some of the scariest hours of our life. Kenna
stayed home with a fever from school on
Tuesday and then early Wed morning, she
started vomiting and became unresponsive to
Ash and I- so we rushed her to the ER. After a
lot of tests they decided to transport her to
children's hospital where they ran more tests-
and we got the diagnosis last night of bacterial
meningitis. As scary of a diagnoses as it is, at least we had answers and a course of action that we could begin to go after.
She still has a long road of recovery ahead of her though. Also, within the midst of all of this happening our house unfortunately flooded which has potentially created an unsafe environment for Makenna because of risk of exposure to bacteria & we need to get repairs done as soon as possible.
Everything raised here will go towards paying for Makennas medical expenses and repairs on the House. We are so grateful for anything that you are able give at this time.
