We love Kelli Zanelato

Hello, my name is Anali and I’m so lucky to have Kelli Zanelato as a friend, a woman who shows me how to be strong and positive, how to never lose faith and face challenges with bravery and beauty.

Our Kelli is a 36-year-old woman, married to Philip and mother of a prince named Oliver. Her only wish is to go back home, healed, to continue being the excellent mother and wife that she is, taking care of her ‘boys’ as she always says.

Almost 2 years ago Kelli was diagnosed with colorectal cancer, she underwent surgery and chemotherapy. On her 5th session, she found out that cancer was no longer present in her body and she would just get follow-up care for 5 years.

Unfortunately, a few months ago things changed. A new diagnosis where she had to go through another surgery that was 14 hours long... In February this year, she had more tests and checkups, her body seemed to be cancer-free.

However, a few days later, she started vomiting, didn't eat or even drink anything. She needed to go to the hospital again. Cancer is back and very present on her kidneys, bowel and liver causing obstruction, the only way she can be fed is through a TPN machine, connected 24 hours a day. Devastatingly, she is in pain and getting sick regularly.

Doctors predicted her 3-6 more months of life with a 15% change for chemotherapy to work. It is undeniable that she’s a fighter, she has decided to start new treatment today, Thursday 24th of March.

In these past months things have turned extremely more difficult, Phillip is working less and less to spend more time with Kelli at the hospital when allowed and with Ollie, who misses his mother desperately. Kelli’s wish is to raising money to help her family financially in the next months. Personally I consider so unfair that they worry about living costs and finances, they shouldn’t go through that situation.

Kelli has touched the lives of many people who know the sweet, happy, easy, kind, good person she is. It’s impossible not to love Kelli.

Nós amamos Kelli Zanelato

Olá, meu nome é Anali e tenho tanta sorte de ter Kelli Zanelato como amiga, uma mulher que me mostra como ser forte e positiva, como nunca perder a fé e enfrentar desafios com bravura e beleza.

Nossa Kelli é uma mulher de 36 anos, casada com Philip e mãe de um príncipe chamado Oliver. Seu único desejo é voltar para casa, curado, continuar sendo a excelente mãe e esposa que ela é, cuidando de seus "boys" como ela sempre diz.

Há quase 2 anos, Kelli foi diagnosticada com câncer colorretal, foi submetida a cirurgia e quimioterapia. Em sua 5ª sessão, ela descobriu que o câncer não estava mais presente em seu corpo e ela só receberia acompanhamento por 5 anos.

Infelizmente, há alguns meses as coisas mudaram. Um novo diagnóstico onde ela teve que passar por outra cirurgia que tinha 14 horas de duração... Em fevereiro deste ano, ela fez mais exames e exames, seu corpo parecia estar livre do câncer.

No entanto há algumas semana não consegue beber ou comer nada. Ela precisou ir para hospital de novo. O câncer está de volta e muito presente em seus rins, intestino e fígado causando obstrução, a única maneira que ela pode ser alimentada é através de uma máquina TPN, conectada 24 horas por dia. Devastadoramente, ela está com dor e adoecendo regularmente.

Os médicos previram que ela mais 3-6 meses de vida com uma mudança de 15% para quimioterapia funcionasse. É inegável que ela é uma lutadora, ela decidiu começar um novo tratamento hoje, quinta-feira, 24 de março.

Nestes últimos meses as coisas ficaram extremamente mais difíceis, Phillip está trabalhando cada vez menos para passar mais tempo com Kelli no hospital quando permitido e com Ollie, que sente falta de sua mãe desesperadamente. O desejo de Kelli é arrecadar dinheiro para ajudar sua família financeiramente nos próximos meses. Pessoalmente, considero tão injusto que se preocupam com os custos de vida e as finanças, que não devem passar por essa situação.

Kelli tocou a vida de muitas pessoas que conhecem a doce, feliz, fácil, gentil, boa pessoa que ela é. É impossível não amar Kelli.

Seria tão útil e gentil você poder doar o que puder, cada centavo ajudará a dar tranquilidade a Kelli e um pouco de felicidade. De antemão, agradeço a todos pelo apoio e força que estão dando a ela.
