My sister Diane Delgado was ran down in the street by a man named Ubaldo Munoz ,that was driving a truck at very high speed. My sister was walking home from the grocery store and a man smashed into her with his truck ! Causing her death at the scene .He tried to flee the scene and some good bystanders chased and boxed him in . 
 My sister was a beautiful soul . With a heart of gold ! Definitely one of a kind . She did not deserve to die like this Horrible tradedy! Please help a family in tragedy!  I need help as this is a shock to me and my family . A horrible tragedy for us all!  Thank you
