refugee container shelters burned down!
Dear everyone!
We are a group of 38 people from different countries like Nigeria, Eritrea, Ghambia, Afghanistan, Senegal and Somalia who had to flee home and sought Asylum in Germany for different reasons.
Up until Thursday, January 13th we were living together in a container camp near Munich. In the night from Wednesday Jan.13th to Thursday Jan.14th 7 containers burned down in a severe fire. Those containers were the accomodation for 15 of us, who have lost everything in that fire! The state has so far provided us with little to no financial support(50€ giftcards) and we are in urgent need of financial help to buy food and clothing and replace some of our losses.
Some of us have lived in this camp for up to 6 years. A lot of us haven't gotten a work permission after all this time! A few of us are fortunate enough to work, but the salary isn't a lot. We don't have relatives in this country to call for support. Please help us to raise some money, it will do a lot!
Thank you for everyone who is able to help us with the money. Please also share this campaign, we are grateful for your support.
your's sincerly!
*Because the police opend a case on this fire and is investigating because of a potential arson and because we don't have rights and protection in Germany to begin with, we want to stay anonymous. The money is being collected and passed on to us by a friend.
