We have to lay my dad to rest

Donation protected

My worst thought and something I had more time to think about but my sweet daddy went to be with Jesus this evening. After years of being in remission from pancreatic cancer, we believe it may have been his heart that gave out. My daddy has always been the best dad, husband, friend, and PawPaw he could be. While we were still in Bastrop, he was a volunteer firefighter with the Circle D Volunteer Fire Department and spent many hours saving the area from devastating wildflowers. He was a dedicated worker, and worked tirelessly as an auto repair adjuster for many years until a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer in 2020 forced him to retire. He fought that valiantly and had been considered in remission the last couple years. Since he had ended up being laid off, we don't believe he had and significant amount of life insurance or funeral expenses

If you have it in your heart, please assist if you can. If you don't, please just add us to your prayers that we can make it through this devastating time.

All of love,

Krystal
