They’re Trying to Steal Our Home – We Have Proof

We’re Krystle and Kyle Greene, and for nearly two decades, we’ve been in an uphill battle against a system that was never built to protect families like ours. We’ve fought corruption in courtrooms, exposed fraud, and stood up against people in power who bend the law to serve themselves. Now they’re trying to take our home—and we’re asking for your help to stop it.

Here’s what happened:

We bought our home from our friend Peter, who held it in a trust. After he passed away in 2022, there was no clear instruction on who to pay. We reached out to his daughters, who accepted our payments for over a year. Then in 2023, during a difficult medical season, I (Krystle) reached out again to let them know I may need to sell. That’s when they suddenly said they weren’t the trustees after all—and told us to stop sending payments.

They gave no further contact info. No communication. Nothing from the trust. For over a year and a half, we heard absolutely nothing. The "trust" never reached out for THREE YEARS! Abandoning the contract!

Then out of nowhere, in November 2024, someone broke into our home to serve us legal papers claiming the daughters were now trustees as of October 2024. They filed an eviction. We had to scramble to find out what was happening—we weren’t even properly served.

We sued—and the judge stated there was no evidence the trust even existed or had any rights to our home.

Then things escalated.

Their attorney filed fraudulent documents with the county—trying to insert the trust and their names onto our property tax record. We have proof. The county attorney refused to investigate, but still advised the auditor to input their documents anyway.

This is bigger than one case. This is a system using legal manipulation, intimidation, and delay tactics to exhaust families into surrender.

We showed up for every hearing. We preserved every document. On March 10, 2025, we were back in eviction court. The transcripts are public—they admitted to:

-Telling us not to pay

-Abandoning the contract

-To the fraud

-Never contacting us again

And yet… the judge still hasn’t ruled.

Meanwhile, our main lawsuit—against the trust, their attorneys, law firms, the county attorney, and Peter’s daughters—is delayed by at least another year.

This is the exact kind of stalling they hope will make us give up.

But we won’t.

Kyle has been fighting the same corrupt network for over 19 years. He’s represented himself, exposed misconduct, and paid the price for telling the truth. We’ve lost time, money, and peace—but not our resolve. And we will not let them win this time.
