God knows that Billy was tad bit crazy. He loved to party. He was very giving of himself. Billy handled many construction and electrical jobs for friends. He was a laborer with a black-&-gold hardhat - so, by this LABOR DAY, please "amp" up the mood by "wiring" a gift.
About 70 to 80 attended a small farewell at Carl's on July 18th, 2025. Thank you all for attending! I thoroughly enjoyed hearing all the crazy DODGE stories as we celebrated his life.
As his brother, I didn't have the heart to force Wilkins and Allegheny County into a Sheriff's sale, because Eastmont was good to me. Therefore, I am under contract to clean up the putrid interior from the volatile organic compounds that relentlessly penetrated everything - sadly, nothing was salvageable. The initial contract involves clearing out the contents. Then, the gutting the interior, followed by remodeling. ZAP!! the parcel has LIENS. I could use a some financial help ... funeral ($3300), probate ($300), Twp/Co. Taxes including delinquent from 2024 ($2500), School Taxes including delinquent from 2024 ($5600), delinquent Utilities (water, gas, electric, trash $800) and a few other costs has me at $12,700. MORE EXPENSES and more paperwork for the Estate is required. I'm humbly asking for help to reach HALF: ** $6,350 ** of the $12,700+ ... the generosity from 127 donors at $50 each could lighten my burden and still leave money in your wallet to pay your own electric bill.
A sincere THANK YOU for any contribution amount before this Labor Day!
