We never imagined things could get worse then June or July but August has broken us. The number of poorly cats needing urgent and often specialist care has pushed our bills higher than ever before.

Here is where we stand for August:

*SATH £11,444.79

Total so far: £24,826.56

And this is without Gimli’s most recent care we are still waiting for his invoice, which we expect to be around another £3,000 - £5000 on top the 24 thousand owed .

Right now I am sat exhausted with barely any sleep, waiting at a tip trying to trap a mum and her kitten before they are crushed. We have two kittens safe we need the rest of the family safe now. These are the desperate cases we are helping every single day. We cannot walk away from them.i am sat here worried sick about these kittens but also about how we will pay these bills. How can we help all these cats who need us so desperately .

We are a small rescue run by volunteers doing our best but it's not enough. We don't have a big fundraising team .Every cat we save is only possible because of the kindness of people like you. These bills are terrifying, and it feels like we are drowning but we can’t turn our backs on the cats who have no one else.
