I'm fundraising for the Emergency Surgery that is needed to save the life of Yomaly Esther Polanco Castillo a good-hearted hardworking 29-year-old local girl from Las Terrenas who really needs our help now. Her mother, Raquel Castillo works for me.

Yomali's left kidney is currently atrophic it causing lethal damage within her body. She's now admitted to the Juan Bosch Cibao Central Public Hospital in Santiago, Dominican Republic.

Due to the lack of financial resources, she hasn't been able to get the surgery to have the left kidney removed, this will also help heal her Right Kidney for proper functioning. If both kidneys stop working (which is happening right now) she will not live much longer...
