Future Funeral arrangements he only has 3 weeks

My 22yr old son is dying from kidney and heart failure and he is getting sicker by the day. He has decided to go into hospice at home with me and his brothers and sister. The doctor has given him 2 to 3 weeks to live. He will be coming home today. So anyone can come and see him in his last days.
