Hi My Name is Sonia, I am the grandmother of these 2 twins. I am trying to help my daughter who just gave birth and is dealing with a lot of stress & I am hoping to help relieve some issue that are occurring. She currently has 3 More other children ages of 10, 4 & 3 years old. A family of 5. The twins both are had heart surgery. Due to being denied for a nurse at home, milk formula, Clothes, equipment for feeding tube and medications tube. One parent will not be able to return to work. it makes it very difficult to make ends meet. Please help my daughter and 2 twins reach there goal.
