In light of my husband Richard’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis, we both have entered Sir Chris Hoy’s Tour de 4 Bike ride raising money for all those suffering from stage 4 cancer.

I'm fund raising for Prostate Cancer UK and every donation will help.

Most of you will never have seen me on a bike as it’s definitely not my thing!

However, this is a brilliant opportunity to support a brilliant charity close to our hearts.
