Our brother Abdiqani was a devoted husband and father when he had a tragic accident, his skin was on fire and his skin was all burned, as you can see in the picture Abdiqani’s burn was severe he had to be transferred from Burco to Hargesia as they did not have medical equipment to support him and provide medical care. He was in intensive care and in a coma for a month where he later on passed away. Abdiqani left behind 12 kids which the youngest is 1 month old. Our beloved brother had not much income to support his family and while in hospital left behind $3000 debt due to his medical bill. His family are still coming into terms of this devastating news. They have lost the provider of the family which he wasn’t making much when he was alive. The family desperately need our help to help them finically support them.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said “Sadaqah extinguishes sin as water extinguishes fire” (Hadith, Tirmidhi). He also said that Allah offers relief on the Day of Judgement for those who give sadaqa: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be their charity” (Hadith, Tirmidhi).

The Prophet, upon be peace, said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.” (Al-Tirmidhi)
