Taelon is a 14 year old 8th grader from Springfield, Ma who has overcome a great many obstacles in his young life. He is a great student, kid, and basketball player whose dream is to one day play collegiate basketball on scholarship. He has an amazing work ethic both on as well as off the court, and going into highschool this fall, he is extremely motivated.
Recently, Taelon was invited to the CP3 Rising Stars National Camp in Winston-Salem, NC in August. The camp is by invitation only, where 25 of the top 8th grade basketball prospects in North America per position are invited. They are evaluated, ranked, and assessed by a number of publications, coaches, and scouting services in attendance.
Having the ability to take advantage of this summer opportunity would go a long way in getting him on the right track to make his dream a reality. With so many negative stories here in Springfield, he is a success story in the making. Please be part of the reason it happens.
